I realized after I'd placed my order that I ordered the wrong ring sizes. I emailed to see if I could change my order & got a response almost instantly. My rings hadn't shipped yet so they were able to update my order. Shipping was fast but the real star of the show is the packaging. My jewelry came in an awesome tin - and that just tickles the lover of all things storage-containers in me.

Love the black jewelry! It’s a nice change from silver, gold, or rose gold options out there. Good quality. Hopefully they’ll add ear cuffs as well. 😊

I loved the ring I received from Slade and the excellent customer service! The first ring I ordered was slightly too large and they made the exchange process very simple! Both the new and the old rings were beautiful and well-made, especially for the reasonable price point. My only suggestion is that the heavier rings, like the one I bought, would be more functional if they had a completely closed ring instead of half open. As it stands now, the weight of the ring and the half open enclosure make it so that it constantly feels like it might fall off even though it technically fits around my finger. Despite this one minor preference issue, I still love the beautiful ring I received and would definitely purchase from this artist again.
