I emailed Sarah Elise one week before my wedding and ordered a last-minute wedding band and ask them if they could squeeze me in a little faster than normal as their site stated that the ring would not be here in time for the wedding ( my fault ) but after emailing them it seems, they went out of their way to make that happen: the ringer up two days before the wedding and was perfect.
