I purchased a necklace more than a week before Mother’s Day and got it in early July. If it is going to be a custom order, don’t show it as in stock.

Wish the turn around time was quicker. It’s tough to wait 6-8 weeks for a purchase.

I reached out about a custom order and I’ve had one email with a basic inquiry about the piece I’d like to have made. No further communication, I have no idea if they will make it , can make it or price, for 3 weeks. So, the response time from custom orders isn’t great.

Order placed Dec 8 but have not received my order. Label was created in January busy as of Feb13 I still have not received.

I had email of 20% off purchase and it was not honored
