Rustic and Main’s team was incredible. From craftsmanship, to customer support, they were above and beyond anything I had hoped for. While majority of their rings were out of my budget, and I had to switch rings from a lower budget to a custom ring, their Customer Service team, as well as the ring makers themselves went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations and well worth the higher purchase point. The turn around time wasn’t bad at all. My wedding isn’t til next year but I like to have things ahead of time so the shipping time for me wasn’t a rush at all . I love how they take their time to perfect their craft and put so much love into it . It makes the ring even more special .
