ordered with delivery scheduled for Saturday valentines day received 3 days later on tuesday. huge dissapointment that they don't prioritize deliveries and meet their commitments. The diamond is fantastic, huge, crazy sparkle, at a genuine great price.

Many setbacks. Lost in transport twice. But end result, was great

Took a little longer than expected to come in because they had to reset the diamond, but the ring is beautiful. 3 weeks later and the diamond is loose again in the setting. Have to ship it back and it’s a 4 week turn around.

Pricing for lab diamond is great, but the communication is bad. Ended up returning.

The necklace is beautiful however the chain is so flimsy and thin that it broke the very first time it was worn. Now I have to spend $$ at a jeweler to repair or more likely replace the chain.
