Order was processed on a timely manner, and arrived on time. My only concern is - it would be best to ship via UPS or Fed-X especially if it is jewelry. USPS packages can get lost. Overall - i love the necklace. I like the fact that you can select the length of the chain (16” versus 18”). Very beautiful necklace! Quality is really good!
