I placed my order with express post plus transit cover, but the item was sent via regular parcel post, so I will be waiting up to 18 days for delivery.

You sent broken earrings out to me. And now refuse to give me a refund for the faulty item. But I’m in the process of taking this further as I know my rights and am entitled to a full refund.
