Quoted 7-10 day’s delivery. After 14 days I tried cancelling as they were too late, they refused, wouldn’t use again

reviews don’t even go up on your website so very misleading. duty and shipping is also poor. can’t you add taxes and fees on your website checkout and you guys deal with duties and taxes like aritzia, sephora websites do ( so customers aren’t blindsided by this). etsy’s site is so much cheaper i dont know why you guys have an actual site here. 80-120$ CAD for plated gold is way overpriced.
