I initially thought I received the wrong necklace because of how it was clasped, but someone reached out and worked with me to figure out I indeed had the correct necklace lol But she had me send her photos and called back immediately- she was on it and so helpful. I really appreciate their customer service, fast shipping, and amazing craftsmanship. I will deff. buy more from here in the future!
