Wanted to buy an engagement ring, and decided to randomly walk in to MT TP. Was randomly allocated to Jay. Jay was professional, high EQ and very candid in his advices. He listened to my requirements and situation and provided excellent suggestions which I then accepted and decided to purchase the diamond and ring at MT. At no time, I felt pressurized to make any purchase. Jay also set the expectations and waiting time right with reasonable explanation. Overall, the whole process from selection to collection was seamless, efficient and fuss free. Even though I didn't purchase something very expensive but I was made to feel a million dollars.
