Shipping was very fast. The staff was readily available for appointments. One thing I will say tho is that you can just browse the website online and the appointment is not really necessary for diamond browsing unless you are looking for ideas and not sure of how to shop diamonds. Once I got to the physical store for the appointment, they just opened the website to show the rings available, which you can already do at home. Most diamonds are not available to view. Just a few samples they have in the store.
