I had forgotten that one of my charms was a pre-order and when I reached out via email to mewe-jewellery asking about the status of the order, Paul personally called to remind me and to also let me know what was happening. This was a beautiful touch of customer service and I will happily continue to buy my charms from mewe-jewellery! The charms are so beautiful. I have been very happy with all the ones that I have ordered so far!
