We had a great experience with Larson jewelers despite some of the reviews. We purchased a fingerprint ring for Father’s Day for my husband. The ring looks amazing! We had some difficulty with getting good fingerprints from my daughter. They emailed us back right away to let us know that the fingerprints were not sufficient. They sent us a document to discuss how we should do the fingerprints. We emailed back-and-forth for a few times and they were quick to respond. Overall, very happy with their service.
