Ordered a bracelet in September. It still has not arrived and it's after Thanksgiving. It's on "backorder and will be a few weeks" every time I reach out.

I contacted your company about my defective bracelet and received a prompt response. I returned it as requested but now no one will let me know if I will be getting a replacement or if my original bracelet will be repaired or if I'm being refunded. I'm very disappointed.

The pendant was so minuscule I thought it was a joke. There must have been about 5 grains of sand in the pendant.

I requested a mailing label several days ago and still have not received it.

I got the wrong piece delivered to me. It was a present for a friend, and this delay made her gift late. I was told I could not have my correct piece shipped until you have the other piece back. I feel like I am being made to make up for your errors. I would have liked the necklace to have been sent out he moment y'all noticed you made a mistake. Instead, I am still waiting for the piece I bought, having returned yours by mail days ago.
