I bought a bracelet with a sun charm that has sand from Chesapeake Bay in it. We spend several days on the bay every September and this bracelet is a special reminder of special times there. It recently broke and I contacted the company and they had me return it and they fixed it free of charge. Wonderful customer service. Thank you.

I love the idea behind Dune Jewelry, and the fact that it is such beautiful jewelry. I just wish it could be more affordable for the common person. As I would buy more jewelry from Dune if was more affordable and/or there were more sales . Unfortunately I cannot always afford the extra cost of the jewelry of giving to all the charities even though it is a lovely idea. Maybe one day Dune can sell some jewelry that the common person can afford more regularly. I look forward to that day!

Love Dune products. They are the absolute best. The jewelry is quality made, and very unique. Unfortunately this last delivery got lost so I am waiting patiently. I have complete confidence in their customer service, however. Thank you again for being a great small business.
