I received a necklace that appeared to be slightly different colors on each side. I was really upset because it was a gift, it was my first purchase and I didn't want a store credit. But, the people at Dune did not want me to leave unsatisfied so they went above and beyond to correct the issue and I've been looking at another necklace now for myself.
