Kudos All Around!
There was an apparent glitch in shipping a necklace for our daughter-in-law's birthday. I contacted Dune, and the response was swift and effective. The company overnighted a second necklace so that we would have it in time for the birthday celebration. As it turns out, the first purchase was also on its way, but USPS tracking didn't update. Of course, we are returning one of the necklaces, but the bottom line is that Dune customer service is amazing, and the company really seems to care about its customers. Kudos! (By the way, our daughter-in-law loves the necklace!)
