The service is amazing. I’ve ordered 4 custom pieces so far and each one shipped within 10 business days and arrived within one to two days. It’s fantastic turn around time given the custom nature of the pieces and that curing time is required for resin. I’ve never had any issues, so I haven’t had a need to reach out regarding a problem. I called once about a question regarding the rewards program and the representative I spoke with was lovely and answered my question. The rewards program is very generous in my opinion. I really love Dune and their products. I recommend them highly.
