We were fortunate to have a local store that sold jewelry utilizing Dune's unique sand elements program. That was five years ago. Shortly thereafter, my wife ordered a setting with dried flowers we submitted, from then on, it has been a "go to" match for personalized family gifts. The process for submitting our elements has been simple, the ordering process equally easy. Pricing seems very reasonable and the range of options is both great and growing. We particularly like the fact that Dune is always giving back to worthwhile causes. That makes supporting the company that much more rewarding. Speaking of rewarding, they even give back to their customers with a Rewards Program. How good is that? We have spent more than $2,500 with Dune and have every reason to return again and again. Most especially because of their customer service. Even when someone takes another position, the folks who replace them have that same pleasant, friendly and cooperative nature. They are there to help, and they excel at what they do. One of our favorite small businesses for sure. Congratulations to Dune Jewelry on running a wonderful company.
