Out of stock at time of order but back in stock a couple weeks later and shipped out.

The shipping was perfect however to get to that point there was major confusion about applying the discount code I had been sent, The discount offer was very clear in that it could be applied to ANY watch. Upon purchasing the watch I was told that was not the case. I went ahead and bought the watch simply because I really wanted it more than the level of my annoyance at the misinformation.

Poor follow up

Buying a $400 watch direct from Luminox I expected fast shipping. It was shipped ground, and due to some weather delay excuses from UPS, the watch arrived 2 weeks after my order date. That was disappointing.

Gave me the wrong watch but kept it cause it wasn't worth the trouble of sending it back.
