I was unhappy with the item and am trying to return it but no one will assist me as I hit the incorrect button to return my item, though it falls under the return policy, and now it will not let me return the thing. SOOOOOOO frustrated. I have sent over 7 emails and no response!!!

I have reached out to return the defective item and no one is responding!

Worst online experience ever. Would not recommend buying anything from this company. I purchased several of these necklaces for various occasions (e.g., Mother’s Day, daughters birthday, and my 1 year anniversary with my partner). They were ordered several weeks in advance and after 2 months of waiting I never received them and was never notified with any shipping updates. I contacted their customer service multiple times and they were unable to help or provide any useful information. I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company so I can hopefully get refunded.

The product was terrible
