My bracelet was too large and I contacted Lizzy James for help. I was treated very well .. I filled out the required form and sent the requested photos. I was contacted quickly and told to return the bracelet for resizing. It was all very fast and now I'm enjoying my bracelet!!!

I absolutely love this piece. And customer service is awesome. The adjustable locking on the chain didn’t work. They exchanged it for another very quickly. I would definitely buy from them again! Great product and customer service!

Love love love them! I’m 62 and these caught my eye while looking for a charm for someone else. I came across these wraps and fell in love. I’m not sure if I’m too old for them but I absolutely think they look fantastic with any attire.I highly suggest them you can wear them with anything and they look just wonderful.
