I went into LWP in Seaport Boston to get a custom bracelet and the woman who helped me was so kind. I had mentioned that it was a bracelet for me and my sister to remember my mom, who recently passed. She wrote down my special request and said she would make it herself to ensure it was done as we discussed. They mailed it to me with the sweetest note, acknowledging my mothers passing.
