I was able to get them to text me a picture of the actual item I was interested in, that gave me a better look. I actually purchased the item witch was a panther that fit perfect for the chain I have. They walked me through the whole process and arrived when it was supposed to. This is my second purchase and I am definitely going to purchase more.

First time ordering, there was an issue with my order but everything was communicated and responded / handled correctly. Other than that my jewelry is beautiful and I love it.
