This is the third different Miami cuban link manufacturer I've bought a piece from that have shops in Miami. Unfortunately LVJ is the worst. I bought a 3mm 10k machine made Miami cuban link chain. 2 of the links are very defective. One of them is bent and the other wasn't casted correctly and is missing alot of shape on the edge. This is so noticeable. Even my girlfriend, who knows nothing about cuban links, can spot the abnormalities. This sucks because the other links are beautiful and the file is perfect. How did this chain get past quality control? Why would you not check your pieces before shipping them out? This isn't even a subtle mistake, it's a big one. I emailed them about it. It's been 2 weeks and no response. I even sent the email to 2 different email addresses for good measure. I called the shop and no answer. This is the worst customer service. I would have given 1 star but the quality of the chain is super good. I'd rather stick to the other 2 manufacturers. Gus Villa is the best in the world right now. I have pictures to prove all of this. I'll never buy online from these clowns again. Maybe if I was there in person to inspect the chain myself, then I'd give them a second chance. But lesson learned.

The cuban link bracelet is flawless i love it. The delivery not so great. The package was left with a neighbor and did not get the required signature this makes me very hesitant to order the matching chain.

I placed 2 orders on 9/19/22 and 9/22/22 , but only received partial order for the second one. I’m tired of calling and ever visited a Branch with no success. They say must be resolved with online service but they do not answer the line, email and no returning the voicemail. Do not buy from this People online, if you can go in person but online service is the worst.
