Did not like that it was delivered by DHL.There is always problems with mode of delivery with DHL.Plus had to pay an additional 30$ duty.I have ordered items from Etsy and eBay and have not paid duty because the items were not delivered by DHL.Had l known Kalevala would deliver by DHL ,l never would have ordered. I almost lost my item due to the complications DHL gave me !

I have returned the bracelet within requested time but have not got the money back. The way to return products are expensive, feels insecure and is unnecessary complicated.
