Took long to get Not very thick and quite fragile for the money and wait

The bracelet I purchased for my wife broken within the first week of having it. We sent back to K Kane and haven’t heard back in over a month. Hopefully we get a replacement or refund soon.

Poor customer service and the piece broke after two days. After spending close to 1400, i was shocked that this bracelet snapped in half while I was wearing it. I asked for a Refund since it broke within 2 days of wear. The company replied that the would replace it for an additional fee Of 575. We will not be purchasing anything further. Poor quality and customer relations.

Letters are never straight

The bracelet I purchased is not worth half of what I spent on it. It is minuscule, even on the largest extender, and simply looks cheap and unimpressive. Read al the measurements on the description VERY carefully. Not recommended as a gift as it looks cheap in person and you can't even read the engraving because it is so small.
