I knew the watch I wanted and contacted the store via email to order it. Was an amazingly seamless process and the watch arrived from seiko to the store shockingly fast. Pickup was easy. The people working were friendly and resized my watch to fit quickly and efficiently. I would buy from them again. My only complaint, and it is a minor one, is after the purchase was complete I emailed them to see if my warranty was activated by them or if I had to register the watch. It’s been a week and nobody has responded. Pretty sure I know the answer and a quick phone call would easily solve the problem- I just haven’t gotten around to it yet. Great store. Good pricing.
