I bought a necklace for my daughter’s 40th with her name in and it’s so tiny, it’s like a child’s necklace not an adult. The pics are very deceiving and I need to return it with a full refund. I can’t add a photo as the add photo below doesn’t work

As a .com.au it would be reasonable to think the product would be shipped from within country (Australia). The estimated delivery date was misleading. It assumes in country purchases I’m guessing. This was not clear on the website until after the order had been processed. As a result there will be shipping delays and the gift will not arrive in time for my daughter’s birthday. The website needs to be very clear for customers outside of USA/Canada that the product will be shipped internationally and estimate the delivery date based on international delivery times, not domestic ones.

Very disappointed with the necklace, the size and quality, it was supposed to be a gift and I am too embarrassed to give it to the person, I purposely chose a more expensive necklace hoping the quality would be good.
