A Positive Experience and Proud to Wear These
I got the watch bug earlier this year, never having thought much about it before. Of all the thousands of choices in watches I finally decided on DIYwatch and am glad I did. I had done a couple of Casio upgrades a few months before and love to sport them with whatever I'm wearing - so that got me started on assembling the inner workings of a watch, along with some battery installs in other quartz timepieces. But I didn't have a mechanical movement in my humble collection and told myself, “Why buy an expensive watch when I can assemble my own", while learning some of the intricacies of these incredible movements. The DIY package with two watches arrived from halfway around the world with full tracking. I built the 40mm Skeleton first with nato strap within the approx 2 hrs they estimate, utilizing the video step-by-step instructions. This watch is gorgeous, with rotating bezel to track elapsed time. The next day I built the 42mm GMT Sprite, which is also dazzling along with steel bracelet fitted to case lugs that hug the wrist for a nice fit. This was a positive experience and am proud to say I did it, along with being proud to wear them! Thanks to the DIY company.
