I purchased the modding combo and the ordering process on the website is easy and self explaining. The indicated shipping time was met almost on the spot - although the shipment stayed locally for about a week. The delivery worked great via FedEx and customs, clearing and delivery were not charged in addition by FedEx - so also as described and promised. The kit arrived well packaged, professional sound and solid box, contents safely individually packaged up to and inccluding the holder for the cell phone to watch the instructional videos. I was hopeing for higher quality steel, the difference of this can be seen particularly on the rotating bezel. Putting your watch together with the included lupe will be a challenge - i am using head mounted glasses with high magnification lenses and an additional LED light source. The instructions are good to follow but the entire process, if you never done this, is definately not easy and not accomplished in a couple of hours. I had an issue with the minute hand delivered which i attempted to mount but noticed, that they would not fit snug. Asking for help via the member board did not prove helpful, contacting the company directly resolved that issue and i was sent a set of replacement hands which now appear to work just fine. The idea to make your own watch is great, the kit is well thought trough and an ideal and perfect gift for any watch freak. I am looking to finish my model and wear it to see, how well it holds up in daily use. Happy to have found this company and most pleased with the time i can invest to put together my own model - put a whole new perspective on the filigrane nature of watches. . .
