The diamond cut is excellent. The price point is good for its size and material. However, the lobster clasp came a little bit scratched and looked used. Overall good experience with the team & service.

These earring studs are high quality, come well packaged, with detailed care instructions. But, the product description is misleading. It says “2 Ct” weight. But that refers to total weight. So they are 1 Ct each and therefore smaller than you are expecting. I don’t understand why it wouldn’t say it clearly on the first page when you click on it. The only reason I can think of is they want you to think they’re bigger than they are. Disappointing. Otherwise the quality of the workmanship is high level.

Shipping could have been much faster! Order was shipped 4 days after I placed the order.

I have dreamed of owning a piece of Jean Dousset jewelry for over 11 years. I decided to treat myself to the Audrey Huggies and could not be more disappointed. While customer service was prompt and polite, it took several emails and phone calls to get the package delivered to my home. I received my package and am still in disbelief of the presentation. My earrings arrived in a giant bright blue box with the earring box out of place upon opening. The paperwork arrived in a generic looking black envelope with my name hand written, not typed or written nearly. As someone who appreciates aesthetics, I expected more from a supposedly luxurious company. Absolutely hideous presentation. The earrings are smaller and less sparkly than expected. The return process has been seamless thus far as I am currently awaiting a refund.
