Had to chase down a status update and tracking number for my $$$$$ ring - not a good look. Once I paid it was radio silent.

I literally just got my eternity on 12/20 and did not wear it until Christmas Eve. Not even one week later, a stone fell out unbeknownst to me. No active wear - just wore to dinner and now my eternity ring is incomplete. I’ve contacted customer service and have not heard anything back. I had high hopes for Jean Dousset. Instead, very disappointed.
