not in stock and no help from customer service for options

Used the website to find an order this charm for local pick-up. Received a notification that my order could not be full-filled and when I called the customer service line to find out my options I had the worse experience. The customer service rep did not want to help nor look up optional products for me. I ended up canceling the order and as he said 'the website is not accurate and you can't use it to determine stock' - you might want to get that fixed!
