There needs to be retraining
There needs to be retraining on how to greet and respond to customers. The tone is SA area stores seem to be passive/blasé. There is no excitement or pleasure felt in serving customers. Almost robotic and emotionless! James Avery should have a reputation of passion and pride among the staff, not fake or elitist! Please train managers to train staff. Is there a program currently in place during onboarding and periodic trainings? We need happiness, especially in promoting JA!
