There needs to be retraining

There needs to be retraining on how to greet and respond to customers. The tone is SA area stores seem to be passive/blasé. There is no excitement or pleasure felt in serving customers. Almost robotic and emotionless! James Avery should have a reputation of passion and pride among the staff, not fake or elitist! Please train managers to train staff. Is there a program currently in place during onboarding and periodic trainings? We need happiness, especially in promoting JA!

My experience at the store

My experience at the store when I returned a bracelet and exchanged it for my brilliant heart charm was excellent. When I went to pick up my bracelet didn't go as well. I was in line behind a lady who was also picking up her bracelet. The store associate was kind and courteous with the customer. She even helped put the bracelet on the woman. When it was my turn I told the associate I was there to pick up my bracelet and showed her my email. She didn't even greet me. When she got my bracelet out she placed it on the counter. Didn't say anything to me so I just grabbed my bracelet and left. This was at the Brenham Texas store. I really felt discriminated. I don't think I would be back to that store. I am barely starting my charm bracelet. This was my first charm. I plan on making more purchases either online and going to a different James Avery store. I really love the jewelry.

I rarely shop at the

I rarely shop at the James Avery location on 5425 SPID at Moore Plaza. I have often been treated very rudely by sarcastic sales representatives, so I try to always shop at the James Avery counter at Dillard's and the sales representatives there have always been welcoming, polite and very helpful. So the sales staff at Dillard's do rate a 5 star review.

Did not receive my package

Did not receive my package even through I placed for a signature drop off.

Disappointed

I ordered this item to be engraved. It arrived and was not. This was a gift and now I can't give it because I have to take it back. The receipt even has the engraving information but no engraving was done.
