Sad to report 2/10. Ordered bracelet initial "a" for daughter-in-law Amy but the initial was askew and wrinkled. I removed plastic A and trying to locate a small charm, initial etc to no avail so would appreciate your assistance in this matter. Hope someone takes the time to read reviews. Thanks in advance.
