Love the bracelet
Although I truly love the bracelets I bought, at this moment, I am waiting to hear from the customer service Dept about one defective bracelet which tarnished in 2 months of occasional wear. They immediately offered a replacement and requested a picture ofte damaged piece. I complied. Then they sent a notice requesting I pay the shipment on the replacement. I declined and am waiting for a reply. The shipment shouldnot be paid by me.
