Service is good but this piece fell short of my expectations.

Poor quality

It’s a beautiful ring but it was super tight ran smaller than my usual rings and I got my own size oh and it left painful marks.

Clasp on chain broken

The bracelet itself is perfect but the clasp somehow comes undone by itself. This bracelet has fallen off my wrist upwards of 10 times and I’ve had it for 2 weeks. For an expensive bracelet this is unfortunate.
