It seemed easy enough to create the custom charm, but there is either a disconnect between the accuracy of the tool to crop images on the site or in the actual manufacturing/finishing of the item.

They are way smaller than expected. I should have looked at the exact measurements instead of going based on the online pics. And they are WAY more yellow gold than I was expecting—don’t match the necklace I bought them for sadly. Picture quality is nice tho if these other two things don’t bother you!

While I love the concept, honestly for the cost of the items I received I was disappointed in how light and flimsy the material felt. The bracelet chain in particular felt plasticy and light and doesn’t seem like it will hold up.

Love it but my charm does not stay on

The products are not hypoallergenic. The necklace made my skin itch. I bought many charms as well, I’m going to see what to do in order to be able to wear it
