Ring arrived quickly and well packaged. The interior box had a bow for gifting. Ring box contained a small pouch for travel too. Very impressed with the presentation.

I ordered a bracelet for my grandmother's 90th birthday. Unfortunately, it was not delivered. Not to worry, though! The Haverhill team remade the bracelet and had it overnighted to me before my grandmother's birthday. The bracelet is gorgeous, and I cannot express enough how lovely the customer service is!
