I've had a positive experience with Haverhill returns, and I have probably returned half of them, as I can't see them before they arrive. The free return shipping and full refund have enabled me to then purchase a piece I like better. Customer service is very responsive. I do wish that choosing a stone did not qualify as personalized because you don't really have a choice but to personalize. I don't really understand why they charge a 30% restocking fee for such pieces. It's too steep to take the chance on as a gift. Overall, I think they are great.
