Customer service was awesome they helped me choose a ring for my wife.

Being located in Germany, it was very difficult to find a jeweler to help us with building a custom engagement ring. Happy Jewelers took all that stress away! We were assigned our own personal employee, Gianna, to help us with the creative process. She was so kind and so helpful! She was so knowledgeable about the process of making a ring, the diamonds, and really guided us to choose the perfect ring. The craftsmanship of the ring is truly outstanding, the best quality we have ever encountered. Happy Jewelers makes you feel a part of the family in person and over the phone. Every employee is so kind and willing to help. When we were in person picking up the ring, the owner came over and greeted us. He made sure that the ring had an additional inspection done due to the ring being taken to Germany. After this amazing experience, we will only be going to Happy Jewelers for our future jewelry!
