Their staff offers to help in person and via phone/text whenever needed. My fiancé and I first went in a couple of months ago to look at ring options. After looking through dozens of beautiful rings, we decided on a 3/4 eternity band. We returned to place the custom order with Josh B who was an absolute pleasure to work with.
