The cross is absolutely beautiful but the cross gets stuck in the clasp about once a day. Can you please figure out how to keep that from happening?

The ring is absolutely stunning and exceeded all my expectations. The craftsmanship is exceptional, the diamond sparkles beautifully, and the quality is outstanding. It looks even more gorgeous in person than in the photos.
