We purchased at the New York SoHo location and the entire staff was very kind and took amazing care of us. This was a custom creation but the ring shipped very quickly and securely.

Ordered it online and had it within about 2 1/2 weeks as I believe it’s made to order.

Great experience overall. The ring looked beautiful and my wife loved it. Shipping was smooth and everything arrived as expected. We needed a resize and that process was quick and easy. Customer service was helpful and responsive. Would definitely order from them again.
