Quality wasn't worth the cost

Took very long to get here. Product wasn’t as presented. Quality is not what was presented. Color wasn’t as represented. Just all around disappointment as it was a gift for my daughter from her children. Had to order from somewhere else to get what I wanted. Waste of money and time. Will be more watchful for this company in the future.

Not happy with the way the letters turned out in my children's names.
