The product was in the store of my choice the next day.

I ordered this as a present to collect a few days before Christmas and then I received an email telling me it would not be ready for collection until after Christmas. I called customer services and a really helpful girl found a store close to where I lived that had it in stock and arranged for it to be held for me to collect at that store. She was really lovely and really helpful.

I was surprised how quickly I received my packages, and the beautiful way they were displayed . Great service cant fault it in any way.
