After I purchased tge items I was kept infas to the progress of my order via emails and the notification of the delivery via Royal Mail so I knew exactly where my parcel was. I previously bought the tutti fruutti braclet as a present but this was too big for the person wrist , as it was an online purchase I popped into the store in Princess Square Buchanan St Glasgow, vwhere I explained tge problem, tge lady who's name I have forgotten was helpful in telling me how they could shorten the length. Ir was duly sent back to the workshop. I was kepyup to date with a progress email and the same when being delivered by Royal mail. I can recommend purchasing from this company, my sister is still wearing her locket that she was given as a 21st present.
