I think the lady who served me was Eikvile. I’m sorry if I have her name wrong. She was so helpful as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. The amethyst wasn’t in stock and she made it so easy to order - I had my necklace in a few days. I have always had very good service at Dower & Hall. Xoxo
