Great company. I'm a long term repeat customer. Love the quality and craftsmanship for the price point. Customer service is fantastic and they do accommodate requests to mzke changes (minor ones) at no extra cost, for example changing the length of a pearl necklace or bracelet or accommodating a specific pearl necklace. Always quick and responsive to these types of requests and that's why I choose them over other jewellery brands. Oh and the quality of their silver is so much nicer than a lot of other brands at similar prices.
